Michele has been working in veterinary practice for over 35 years. She was instrumental in setting up and running the RSPCA wildlife hospital at Stapeley Grange and so has extensive experience of dealing with a whole variety of wildlife/exotic species. She can still often be found caring for any injured or orphaned wildlife that is brought into the surgery.
Over the years Michele has developed her herpetological skills having kept royal pythons, corn snakes and, more recently, a leopard gecko called Tinsel. Whilst Michele enjoys nursing all exotic species, she has a particular interest in our reptilian and avian patients and is due to complete her C & G Certificate in Advanced Nursing of Exotic Species.
